We are Hiring: Learning & Development Executive
We're looking for a Learning and Development Executive for our L&D team on a Fixed Term Contract of 1 year and can be converted to full time, subject to performance and availability of role. In this role, you will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute training programs, from induction to skill development workshops and also technical and functional trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs for the year.
Stay updated with the latest L&D trends to keep programs relevant and effective.
Lead engaging on induction programs for new hires.
You should possess strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
