Duck Creek Claims Configurator
• Design, Build, Configure and customize the Duck Creek Claims system according to specified business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand needs and implement system modifications and enhancements.
• Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and customization.
• Conduct testing of new configurations and customizations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
• Work with vendors and external partners to resolve any system-related issues.
• Stay up to date with Duck Creek Technologies updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements to our system.
Primary Skills
• Experience in the P&C insurance with very good understanding of FNOL, Desktop, Payments, rules , forms , Strong experience on Duck Creek Claims Platform 10.x, 11.x and DCOD with upgrade techniques.
• Debugging Tools Data Tester, Example Utility, EXAMPLE Trace Monitor, TSV Debugger, CSS / XML / XSLT, Forms , Console Configuration , Rules, Batch Processing , Task and Notification , Customization / Custom development using C# and Asp.net, Sql Server
• Individual should be well versed with duck creek latest version 12
• well, exposure in the integration side
• Individual contributor
• Person should be good in Claims
• Hands on experience in Implementation projects
