Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at AECC Global, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver world-class products that drive customer outcomes and business metrics. Working directly with the Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology solutions. You will leverage high-quality customer discovery techniques, experimentation, and product delivery, leading the charge in developing impactful digital products that serve our international student community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product management process from discovery to delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Utilize customer insights, market trends, and data analytics to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey and pain points.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on product vision and priorities.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to validate ideas and optimize product performance.
- Be adaptable to evolving responsibilities and portfolio changes, with a willingness to embrace ambiguity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands-on product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Deep customer empathy and product sense with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences.
- Understanding of UX design principles and their impact on product success.
- Highly numerate and outcome-focused, with a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in working with teams that build bespoke software and integrate off-the-shelf tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing product portfolios.
- Domain knowledge in areas such as CRM (especially Zoho), digital marketing, SEO, call center tools, and telephony systems is a plus.
