Mandatory Skills:
- Experience and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - Recruit (RCM, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0).
- Certification in Recruit and Onboarding 2.0.
- SAP Business Technology Platform Administration
- Minimum 3 projects of implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Onboarding Module.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL knowledge (use of ServiceNow).
Optional Skills:
- Agile – Knowledge & way of working.
Role description:
- Be responsible for supporting implementation of custom BTP solution designed for seamless hiring experience from recruitment, offer generation to profile creation.
- Provide system operations and maintenance support post go-live.
- Provide technical expertise and support on SuccessFactors, specifically in Recruit and Onboarding modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless hiring experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Manage day-to-day processes and deliver tasks assigned by the process/business solutions/system management team.
- Work during CET working hours and extended CET hours to cover the US working time.
- Share industry best practices and communicate effectively with external parties.
