Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales network through Sub-DSA, and Connector channels. Responsibilities: 1. Sub-DSA Handling: o Develop and manage a network of Sub-DSAs.
o Ensure Sub-DSAs are adequately trained and equipped with the necessary resources.
o Regularly review and assess the performance of Sub-DSAs.
o Implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and productivity of the Sub-DSA network.
2. Connector Channel Management :
o Identify and establish relationships with potential Connector partners.
o Develop and execute strategies to drive sales through the Connector channel.
o Provide ongoing support and guidance to Connector partners to maximize their performance.
o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the Connector channel, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate or MBA preferably from Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the lending solutions.
• Strong understanding of DSA, Sub-DSA, and Connector channel dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
