What I do?
The primary responsibility is to support the HR team head in driving recruitment and onboarding of new hires, employee engagement, providing data-driven support for appraisals, productivity etc.
How do I achieve this?
- I help ensure the smooth running of operations by profiling and sourcing the best talent from the industry across various roles
- I work closely with Team Heads on performance review procedures in order to ensure fair and balanced appraisals
- I drive innovative and high-engagement activities at the workplace to create a motivated workforce
- I ensure the adherence to HR policies and processes by all employees, while helping resolve hurdles and queries in real time.
- I am a partner, friend, and teacher who helps all team members navigate their way at Asymmetrique and build healthy and thriving careers.
Task List
Operations
- Working closely with the team head with performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Sharing new joined details, left employees, and leaves updates with the finance team before 7 of every month
- Working with the team head on Keka Software and updating details.
- Making minutes of meetings every recruitment call and sharing team heads.
- Manage and oversee the insurance for new joiners and left employees
- Create appointment, confirmation, and experience letters for all Asym employees.\
- Sharing monthly welcome and birthday mails.
Recruitment
- Responsible for the process of end-to-end recruitment.
- Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms.
- Selection of candidates, creating a talent pool and creating a constant inflow of talent for junior to mid levels profiles - sourcing & screening applications as per the requirement and shortlisting profiles.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates with the respective stakeholders
- Documentation and conducting reference checks and test assignments.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees and timely introduction to the teams
Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement activities and employee connect program
- Supporting in driving various induction icebreaker activities and sharing them with management.
- Planning monthly meet-ups with team heads and employee engagement events on occasions by management’s approval responsible for all the internal communications every Thursday
- Developing and driving Rewards and Recognition strategies
- Posting internal employee engagement activities on social media platforms.
