Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Custom Application.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
- Monitor day to day technical tasks to deliver them on time.
Technical Skills required:
- Development experience in ITSM and Custom applications.
- Implementing of Workspaces and experience in UI Builder.
- Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
- Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
- Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
- Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
- Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
