Job location: Gurgaon (WFO)
Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements from cross-functional teams. Transform ServiceNow business requirements into a viable technical solution.
- Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices.
- Implement integrations with other systems/applications using API, Integration Hub, and other integration methods
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to an existing team of ServiceNow admin and developers
- Manage the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance including but not limited to monitoring, upgrades, and access
- Respond to complex issues and requests related to ServiceNow. Troubleshoot reported issues to determine a viable solution. Escalate to the vendor when needed
- Maintain integrity and security of system
- Follow the change process and furnish required artifacts (install results, test results, etc.)
- Prepare and execute test cases (unit and system testing) and work with the team to further build up the automated test suite
Further, we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:
- 7+ years of professional experience in a similar role, working with ServiceNow, including the IT Service Management (ITSM) module. Experience with additional modules (Event Management, AI Ops, IT Business Management and GRC, Integrated Risk Management, Privacy Management, Vendor Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management ,CMDB) is an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in successfully integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs and Integration Hub (spokes)
- A thorough understanding from a previous role of the IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, cloud) and applications
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools such as workflow, flow designer, business rules, scripts, and Access Control List (ACL) rules
