Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will align HR strategies with business objectives, driving performance, talent management, and organizational success. You'll act as a trusted advisor, fostering a positive work culture while addressing employee-related matters. This role is key in implementing HR initiatives that promote growth, change, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Alignment
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide insights on workforce planning and talent management to drive business performance.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the impact of HR strategies.
- Advise on organizational design and structure to enhance efficiency.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to boost employee morale.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and act on findings.
- Promote company culture and values through various engagement programs.
Talent Management & Development
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees to support career progression.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure effective feedback.
- Develop succession plans for key positions to ensure leadership continuity.
- Support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Change Management
- Develop and execute communication plans to manage change effectively.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Provide guidance on managing transitions and adapting to change.
- Monitor the impact of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Handle sensitive HR issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Educate employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HR practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 12+ years in HR, with proven experience as a Business Partner in a digital agency
- Education: MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Proficient in HR systems and data analytics.
- Attributes: Ability to influence stakeholders, manage change, and drive HR initiatives effectively.
