Sikich is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with 5+ years of related experience in Dynamics CRM development and implementation.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the Dynamics CRM system to meet business needs.
- Customize and configure CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports.
- Develop plugins and integration points for Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to implement CRM solutions effectively.
- Participate in application upgrades and execute post-install activities such as smoke testing.
- Provide technical expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform.
- Gather, assimilate, and analyze data to support solutions and decision-making processes.
- Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way to stakeholders.
- Work with solution architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM and lead development activities.
- Perform general system administration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C# and JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, modules, and components.
- Experience with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and other integration technologies.
- Proficiency in using SQL Server for data management and understanding how to leverage it within Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to customize and configure CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports.
- Testing and troubleshooting experience to ensure the reliability and performance of CRM solutions.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cloud Azure and Power Platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS products, including ERP and CRM migrations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
- Strong knowledge of key business processes, inherent risks, and potential controls.
- Expertise in regulatory concerns impacting Dynamics CRM environments.
