Responsibilities
- Communicate with associates via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about issues they face in day-to-day operation.
- Work with internal departments to meet associate needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field.
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Multi-lingual is an added advantage. Proficiency in English is a must.
