About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a focus on business partnering and employee relations.
What you’ll do
- Resolve Employee Grievances: Work with stakeholders to address and resolve employee issues, promoting a positive work environment.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives that foster inclusion and belonging in our diverse workforce.
- Performance Assessments: support in goal setting and evaluation processes.
- Employer Branding: execute the social media strategies to attract top talent.
- Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees on their first day.
- Rewards and Recognition: Implement the employee appreciation recognition programs.
- HRMS Administration: Implement and manage HRMS modules.
- Organizational Culture: Monitor and develop strategies to improve employee experience and productivity.
- Policy Development: Regularly update HR policies and processes.
- Competency Framework: Help define and update competencies across departments.
- HR Budgeting: Assist in preparing the annual HR budget.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 4+ years of HRBP experience
- Preferred: MBA in HR or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience managing complex projects end-to-end
