Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - SEO who is passionate about search engine optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and strengthen the online presence of Newparts.com and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and optimize on-page content, metadata, and internal linking.
- Perform SEO audits and provide recommendations for improving site architecture, page speed, and mobile usability.
- Manage off-page SEO activities, including link-building, outreach to relevant websites, and partnership development to enhance domain authority.
- Oversee and optimize Google My Business listings and third-party directory profiles to boost local SEO and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and generate reports to track progress.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams to create SEO-friendly content and implement technical enhancements for better search engine and user experience.
- Provide insights and innovative ideas to enhance SEO strategies and address challenges effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain competitive.
- Identify and resolve SEO-related issues, such as duplicate content, crawl errors, and broken links.
- Lead and manage a team of SEO professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals (minimum 2 years of team management experience required).
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment across all online channels.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Clarity to track user behavior and make website improvements based on insights.
- Experience in the automotive industry or with e-commerce websites focused on car parts is a plus.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies and practices is desirable.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is an advantage.
