Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in the United States, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role includes initiating background verification, drug testing, documentation, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
Note: This is a Night Shift role (Pacific Time Zone) and we need at least 2+ year of US HR and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
2+ Years of experience as US HR Specialist/Onboarding Specialist.
Complete onboarding process for Full time and contract employees. Including document verification, initiating BGV, DT, start details, Auditing, Compliance, etc.
Must have experience with US Tax terms.
Exposure to US employment laws and regulations
Must have experience in US employee onboarding (Offer letter, Conducting Background check through Third party tool, drug screening, I-9 Verification, E-Verify and offboarding )
Assist new hires with Onboarding Paperwork’s and training.
Experience on HRIS (Onboarding, Employment Change request etc)
Preparing onboarding reports.
Comfortable to work in night shift.
