As a key player, you will work closely with both internal teams and clients to develop data-driven branding strategies and manage ongoing client projects. The role involves overseeing the entire branding and marketing process while ensuring effective communication and relationship management with clients. Though the job is primarily remote, the role requires up to 2-3 client visits per quarter to maintain and enhance client engagement.
A Day in the Life of a Marketing Executive with Client Management Your day will involve a mix of strategic thinking, client communication, and project management. Here’s a glimpse into a typical day:
- Morning Routine : Start the day with a team stand-up meeting to align on priorities.
- Client Communication : Regular check-ins with clients to update them on progress and gather feedback.
- Strategic Collaboration : Work with senior brand consultants to help them develop and refine client branding strategies and marketing plans.
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to gather insights for client strategies and positioning.
- Project Management : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client projects are on track, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare reports on project progress, key insights, and future recommendations.
Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for client communications, ensuring that client expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Strategic Support : Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive branding and marketing strategies for clients, leveraging data and market insights.
- Persona Development : Create detailed brand overviews and customer personas to inform targeted marketing strategies.
- Content Strategy & Execution : Assist in the development of strategic content marketing initiatives that support the client’s business goals and enhance their brand visibility.
- Project Management : Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies, managing project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights for clients' branding and marketing efforts.
- Travel Requirements : Be available for up to 2-3 client visits per quarter to discuss project progress, gather insights, and strengthen client relationships.
