QUALIFICATION: Full time MBA in Marketing from Premier B School
EXPERIENCE:
12 plus years of experience across Insight & research function at an agency & client side.
At least 3 to 5 years exp at client side in a mid to large OTC / FMCG non food); experience in personal care segment
Team handling (1 st pref Insight Lead or manager insights in a mid to large employer)
MUST have worked across the spectrum of research methodologies and insighting (product
, price , communication, concept, Nielsen RMS, IQVIA, Household panel)
Worked on insight to action projects leading to a business outcome; exhibits high level of maturity and ability to manage senior stakeholders
Knowledge of CRM & Analytics (good to have)

Key Roles/Responsibilities
Build Insights - Consumer / Shopper / Customer centric mindset
•Drive consumer centric mindset with in depth segment & occasion understanding and actively use consumer perspective as a springboard for all initiatives
•Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive
market share growth
•Lead market research efforts to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and growth
opportunities.
•Design effective survey instruments (like Voice of customer, Voice of Business & competitor survey) and execute all activities associated with the survey to collect market, customer, and competitor intelligence.
•Develop strong Customer Contact Programs to build a strong pipeline of business leads that will
enable revenue goal achievement within specific sector/markets
•Ensure system efficiency for on time redressal of customer queries and complaints
•Conceptualize and execute processes for improving the customer experience
Market Intelligence & Mapping trends to drive brand growth
•Work closely with the brand teams to understand research requirements and recommend suitable
research activities to enable achievement of brand targets.
•Translate marketing/brand issues to research tasks and finalize effective research design and tools to deliver required information for decision making
•Proficiency in conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities. Skill in analysing data and extracting actionable insights to drive business decisions.
•Research & analyze customer & competitor information, identify insights & trends and help frame
strategies for future product planning, new market entry and increase market shares
•Forecast performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand success.
Identifying new business opportunities
•Monitor and analyze macro industry growth trends & market dynamics for company’s key markets through primary and secondary research.
•Combine consumer knowledge, internal processes and knowledge of environment to generate
meaningful business insights
•Utilize consumer insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and communication initiatives
•Expertise in gathering and interpreting consumer insights to understand consumer behaviour,
preferences, and needs. Capability to segment the target audience and tailor marketing plans
accordingly.
