We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s social media efforts and drive engagement across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media marketing strategies to grow our online presence, boost engagement, and convert followers into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing social media campaigns, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Design, implement, and manage a multi-platform social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) aligned with business goals.
- Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, brand-consistent content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Ensure content is relevant and resonates with target audiences.
- Social Media Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives. Use both organic and paid strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI, including audience segmentation, budgeting, and ad performance tracking.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with users to create a loyal community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights. Report on performance and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Identify new opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with larger campaigns and align with branding.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, build relationships with, and manage influencer partnerships to amplify the brand’s reach.
- Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and online sentiment, responding appropriately to both positive and negative feedback.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with different content formats, posting times, and ad strategies to optimize for best performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with content creation and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing practices as they relate to social media.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proven track record of managing social media for a brand or agency, including measurable success in growing engagement and followers.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Experience in crisis management and online reputation management.
