Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Influencer Campaign Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns for our small business clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive successful collaborations with influencers that align with our clients' business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and business growth targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from concept and briefing to content creation and campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and clients to ensure all campaigns meet expected standards and objectives.
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using KPIs, including engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution and high-impact results.
- Keep up with industry trends and evolving influencer marketing strategies to drive innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with influencers, clients, and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
