Job Description:

We leverage artificial intelligence and computational statistics to predictable patterns in price action and we Alert our customers when these price conditions are in play.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This remote position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a quiet, focused work-from-home environment and have a passion for helping customers succeed. If you have experience trading stocks and options, have experience using software as a service platforms, enjoy problem-solving, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional onboarding support to our customers via Google Meet or similar online conferencing systems, email, and other communication channels. Ensure that customers have a positive experience by actively listening to their concerns and addressing their needs effectively.
- Platform Training & Support: Utilize your basic working knowledge of stock and options trading (including puts, calls, spreads) and understanding of futures trading with deep knowledge of how to use the company Platform to assist customers with their queries. Help customers get set up on our Platform and customize their Trade Alerts to meet their needs and help them navigate the Platform and use the available tools.
- Environment: Maintain a quiet and professional work-from-home environment, free from call center or background noise, to ensure clear communication with customers.
- Documentation: Diligently document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with our service.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying potential issues and opportunities to improve the customer experience. Provide basic troubleshooting support and escalate more complex issues as necessary.
- Organization: Stay well-organized and manage your time effectively to handle multiple customer interactions and follow-up tasks. Ensure that no customer inquiry goes unanswered or unresolved.
Qualification and requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience using Google Meet or similar online conferencing systems is required.
- Trading Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of stock and options trading, including puts, calls, spreads, and a basic understanding of futures trading.
- Communication Skills: Excellent speaking, listening, and written communication skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to maintain a quiet and distraction-free work-from-home environment.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Documentation: Attention to detail in documenting customer interactions and disciplined follow-up.
- Troubleshooting: Basic troubleshooting skills to help customers resolve common issues.
- Education: A 4 year college degree is a plus, but not required.
- Training: Complete Training on the company Platform will be provided.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Previous experience using Google Meet or similar online conferencing systems is required.
- Basic working knowledge of stock and options trading, including puts, calls, spreads, and a basic understanding of futures trading.
