Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our IT consulting firm. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the IT industry, with a strong focus on lead generation and utilizing tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and CRM platforms like HubSpot. The candidate must have previous experience working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and within a B2B environment.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and generate leads in the IT consulting industry.
- Utilize various tools and platforms such as Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and other relevant sources to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build relationships and understand their needs and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our IT consulting services to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns and strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and progress using CRM software like HubSpot.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and project managers, to ensure smooth transition and successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT consulting industry, with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong understanding of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and experience selling within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and CRM platforms like HubSpot to generate leads and manage sales activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively articulate value propositions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, particularly in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise software, is a plus.
