As the Content Enablement Lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of content strategies across multiple channels, ensuring each brand’s voice resonates uniquely. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead content development and delivery across all company brands, ensuring each has a distinct and consistent tone of voice.
- Create and oversee content for social media, email campaigns, and websites, ensuring alignment with broader PR and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's mission, values, and commitment to quality.
- Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports, guiding their creative output to meet high standards.
- Develop and optimize content marketing strategies based on audience insights, industry trends, and analytics.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and track performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with PR and marketing teams to maintain strategic alignment across channels and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a content leadership role (experience in the healthcare industry is a must ).
- Expertise in crafting and managing brand tone of voice across diverse platforms.
- Experience leading creative teams or managing freelancers to deliver high-quality content.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously, tailoring content strategies to meet each brand's identity and goals.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
