Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 As a Project Manager, associate will manage end-to-end ERP Implementation in the area of Payroll. Associate will carry out and manage all phases to the project from Scoping, Blue printing to Go-Live.
2 Roll out of RFP, Finalising best suited vendor for implementation and defining technical and functional scope
3 Liasoning with functional team, gathering requirements, understanding payroll and taxes complexity analysing the process and defining standard To-be process
4 Monitoring project progress regularly, alerting on delays/ issues for resolution
5 Ensuring state of art implementation for model payroll and user training for smooth Go-live
6 Defining on-going SLAs and control framework post Go-Live
