Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join India’s leading travel insurance company. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and be ready to contribute immediately. This role focuses on lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring smooth sales operations through effective coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads to support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Managing Sales Pipelines: Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Sales Coordination: Facilitate communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring all sales activities are executed smoothly.
- Scheduling Meetings: Organize and schedule meetings with clients and stakeholders, maintaining an efficient calendar.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role, preferably in the insurance or travel industry.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
