Project Description:
Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms & Services (ETIPS) is leading the modernization of UnitedHealth Group legacy and on-prem landscape with a thoughtful migration to the cloud to help create more flexibility for speed and stability for end users. As the owner of ETIPS technology portfolio, we are exploring new ways of delivering these investments and seeking a strategic partnership to co-deliver and accelerate our ambitious and innovative agenda. Vendor will provide technology services for Core Technology components.
Responsibilities:
- Working through customer requirements for feature enhancement requests.
- Testing, validating and implemented new features with the business.
- Manage/coordinate the resolution of issues between the vendor and our customers.
- SRE capability, developing tools, tests, monitoring, alerting and self-healing of SaaS platforms.
- Business Process improvement and standardization.
- Creation and management of discrete print queues
- Create discrete print queues based on requirements of our customer.
- Configure discrete print queue.
- Test or alignment of discrete print queue.
- Forced by site, create a configuration file that will run every time a customer will login to their computer.
- Incident Management and customer service:
- Handle Break/Fix, Service Request, Change records using Service Now
- Meet with Businesses to discover their requirements and be the bridge between The users and the vendor
- to work in US timezone(Full Night Shift job)
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 6+ years of experience
- SLA, Print management,
- PowerShell
- Python/any other scripting language
- WebAPI/REST services
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Programming: .Net, Java
- User Base Supported: 300k+ users, Multinational organization.
