The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Upwork bidding platform and be able to generate leads, secure projects, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on Upwork and secure projects for the company.
- Generate leads through Upwork by submitting proposals that align with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Monitor and track project progress from initiation to completion.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Upwork Bidder.
- Strong familiarity with the Upwork platform and other freelancing websites.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write compelling and customized proposals for various client needs.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
