Job Description
This Role entails creating a competitive product offering around Contact Center solutions. This involves understanding and envision Contact Center use cases, translate them to different features, create a product, offer service wrappers, and make the product easy to sell.
Location : Chennai (Open to other locations as well)
Responsibilities
Understand and create Use cases for different set of features applicable in the market.
Work on incorporating these features by either building it OR evaluating them in the Partner cloud ecosystem.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Analyse Market and Operational requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they re met.
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
Creating and managing product manuals, user manuals, architecture diagrams, sequence flow diagrams and workflows specific to the region
Work on the pricing strategy
Coordinating product releases with marketing, sales, and sales support
Minimum qualification & experience - minimum 3 - 4 years in presales or architecting Contact center solutions to customers.
Product management/sales related experience - Experience on building products, managing product release life cycles, building products as a value differentiators to core CC platforms will be an added advantage.
Desired Skill sets
Intermediate experience in managing elements of the product development lifecycle.
