What you'll be doing
- Providing expert technical advice and solutions to customers, ensuring their HVAC needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care
- Actively engaging with potential clients, identifying their requirements and proposing tailored HVAC systems and services
- Preparing detailed product specifications, quotations and technical proposals to support the sales process
- Collaborating with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and regulations to provide cutting-edge solutions
- Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and market share
- Maintaining comprehensive records and reporting on sales performance and customer relationships
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in HVAC technical sales, with a strong understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to provide detailed, innovative solutions to customer requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting technical proposals and quotations
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant qualifications in HVAC engineering, sales or a related field
