Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on, legal advice on local employment topics towards HR colleagues and management. These topics include legal aspects of talent contracting, labor conditions, social security and payroll tax, employee benefits, international mobility, suspension and termination of employment relations, etc.
- Assist in solving daily local employment questions from the business and other HR colleagues.
- Legal liaison for the local HR organization to follow up on corporate legal matters and company rules such as related to contract management, security, and other risk management reporting activities.
- Actively contribute to the development of local process improvements, implemented via specific projects.
- Serve as in-house counsel and handle all complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.
Description:
Draft or review contracts, policies, memoranda, or other documents that need to be assessed.
- Knowledgeable about the Process of Business Permits / Compliance.
Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations imposed by different government agencies.
- Represent the company in any legal proceedings if needed.
- Provide legal advice or opinions on all fields of law such as corporation law, general commercial law, taxation law, and labor law.
- Assist the HR Department on all labor-related concerns.
- Knowledge of how to register a company, company license or permit, and DTI, SEC, and other relevant permits application.
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law or equivalent.
- 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Schedule:
- Fix Schedule – 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Including break).
- Saturday and Sunday Fix Day Off.
- On Site Work at BGC.
