Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Head to lead our human resources department and support our organization's overall growth and success. The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and ensuring that our HR policies and programs are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Preferably with an HR Head experience.
- Deep understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
