Your Impact:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of human resources policies. You'll be instrumental in building Evo Tech people policies from the ground up. You will also lead strategic talent planning and workforce development initiatives, enabling the organization to meet its current and future talent needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all human resources laws and regulations, providing guidance on compliance matters and minimizing risk to the organization. You must be proactive to ensure we are always one step ahead when it comes to compliance.
- Employee Development & Wellness: Design, manage, and continuously improve programs related to employee benefits, training, performance management, career growth, and wellness.
- Employee Experience & Culture Management: Play a pivotal role in shaping, maintaining, and evolving what culture means at Evo Tech. Your role will include curating a positive and productive employee journey and creating team rituals that reinforce our cultural values.
- Leadership Development: Help our leaders become consistently better at their craft. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Enable data-driven decision making by developing insightful reports that identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Advocate for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
- Team Leadership and Development: Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing HR team, defining roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
