Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership on HR technology solutions and strategies for new programs, projects and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions, mitigate enterprise risk, drive operational efficiency, and maximize ROI.
- Develop smart analytical reporting structure.
- In conjunction with HR leadership, develop the evolving technology strategy and long-term roadmap in support of the business needs with a focus on scale, automation and improving the experience.
- Serve as the resident expert for all things concerning HR technology.
- Develop rich, influential, and trusted partnerships with the various teams across the organization.
- Translate functional objectives into supporting initiatives through clearly defining scope, deliverables, resources, and success measures.
- Play a “hands-on” role in ensuring projects and corresponding change management are delivered on time and on budget, with compliance, usability, and quality.
- Ensure HR tech systems configuration is optimized, business processes are efficient, and the user experience is world-class across HR. Review the efficacy and relevance of HR systems and recommend modifications as part of HR Tech Governance.
- Develop quality programs with metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR technologies and processes; identify opportunities to streamline and standardize workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and ensure legal compliance.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of the HR Tech landscape, market dynamics, vendors, and products to evaluate and lead the integration of new technologies, managing additional HR tech platforms such as ServiceNow for HR as the landscape evolves to a more centralized model.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- An ideal candidate will be a smart Business school graduate with a few years of experience in the consulting domain.
- Need to possess smart Data Analytics and project management capability.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing HR Technology strategies, systems, and applications.
