Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs assigned day-to-day HRIS activity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely resolution and support to users.
- Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HRIS, streamlining workflows and enhancing user experience.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
