Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the execution of Talent Acquisition strategies and ensuring a sustainable talent supply for Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines. The role is also expected to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition of attracting, sourcing, assessing, selecting, and preboarding talents and ensure that the organization has the right talent in the right position and is always aligned with the company’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
A. Quality of hires
- Consistently implement hiring and selection standards across assigned job levels to ensure quality of external hires.
- Determine targeted sourcing channels to grow pool and improve quality of talent pipeline and database.
- Manage proactive and end-to-end sourcing strategies by providing the best candidate experience and partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers in achieving key recruitment objectives.
B. Delivery of Hiring Requirements
- Fulfill requirements within the agreed turn-around-time (TAT) and recruitment KPIs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for unmet KPIs and address issues. Escalate concerns to the Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Senior Manager for solutions that require higher authority approvals and authorization.
- Use data driven insights to enhance overall efficiency of the recruitment process by leading process improvements and refine policies and procedures (as needed).
- Support in the preboarding requirements of new hires and ensure to deliver the best candidate experience.
- Manage and support Talent Acquisition Vendor Management and ensure timely payment of services.
C. Early Careers Program
- Drive and manage the student internship or OJT program in the assigned region.
- Organize and participate in campus engagement activities such as career fairs and networking events.
- Build partnerships with universities and local government units to ensure a steady pool of talents and sustainable talent supply.
Qualifications
- A graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or related degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition; strong network with FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience in using applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and psychometric assessments
- Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Open to be based anywhere within Luzon
