Graduate of any 4 year related course.
Proven experience as BPO Supervisor or similar supervisory position.
Proficient in English; excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the productivity, quality, and overall performance of all projects in a designated shift.
- Meet with human resources to review staffing levels and employee issues.
- Identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements.
- Interact with clients, review feedback from clients, and formulate strategies to meet client-specific documents.
- Supervise employee performance, monitor time and attendance, prepare and submit subordinate’s annual performance evaluations including documents relating to performance.
- Create residual training pieces to foster growth.
- Work with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate supervisor/team lead performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action if necessary.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of team reports.
