The IT Service Delivery Manager will lead a team of IT Service Desk Analysts in supporting the day-to-day IT needs of St John Ambulance Vic.
Location: Notting Hill
Remuneration: $85,000 to $90,000 (plus superannuation)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: Continuing appointment

We are currently recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee our IT Service Desk and support our Head of IT.
The Opportunity
The IT and Finance team are growing to support the growing needs of St John Ambulance Vic. The IT Service Delivery Manager will lead the team of IT Service Desk Analysts while collaborating with department leaders to ensure alignment of IT technology services with business needs. You will be the driving force behind the IT Service Desk while upholding exceptional standards of support and swift resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT Service Desk, crafting technology and cybersecurity-related communications.
- Responsible for maintaining technology hardware assets such as printers, telephony systems, CCTV, and physical security devices.
- Maintain system architecture, defining standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software, and interconnection of network information systems.
- Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the IT Service Desk team.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining continuous improvement to work practices.
Your Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Demonstrated leadership and management of IT operations and related projects.
- Proven experience introducing IT service management practices and processes within organisations.
- ITIL certification would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of information security management systems and the ISO 27001:2015 standard.
- Ability to keep abreast of emerging technologies along with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of Azure & Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity principles.
