Your Impact
As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you play a crucial role in advancing our mission. Your direct engagement with our global clientele, delivery channels, and resellers ensures the seamless adoption of our Delivery platform. Your expertise provides vital product insights and technical assistance, fostering the success of our partners.
Guiding key customers and partners through the technical implementation process underscores your importance in their initial interactions with our product. Your coordination efforts with our enterprise sales and customer success teams are instrumental in achieving our overarching goals.
In essence, your role directly contributes to Deliverect's mission of simplifying and enhancing food delivery operations for businesses worldwide.
A Typical Day
- Prioritize customer needs with a service-oriented approach, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Support customers, including partners, to ensure they leverage the full potential of Deliverect's offerings.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, customers, and projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination in a timely manner.
- Oversee complex implementation processes, monitoring specific KPIs to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs through appropriate channels, maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Deliverect’s service processes, actively contributing to their continuous improvement.
- Quickly adapt to new and technically complex issues, prioritizing critical tasks to offer efficient solutions.
Your Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Deliverect’s product suite, integration capabilities, and experience with configuring solutions for complex setups.
- Proven track record in technical account management or related fields, preferably in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Success in implementing SaaS solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, and strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships, translating technical concepts, and a consultative approach to solving client issues.
- Proficiency in G Suite and familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems are beneficial.
- Knowledge of the food & beverage industry, REST APIs, webhooks, token authentication, and hands-on experience with POS platforms will be advantageous.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days in our Sydney office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must demonstrate impeccable English and any other language skills are a plus.
