What’s in it for you?
In this critical role, you'll be the driving force behind the development of their new Registry product, a core technology solution at the heart of their operations. As the Product Owner, you'll translate the vision of this product into a strategic roadmap, ensuring that the delivery teams produce measurable outcomes that meet their business objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, to seamlessly integrate the Registry into their broader technology ecosystem. Your role will be pivotal in managing the product lifecycle, from backlog management to ensuring that every completed milestone contributes to their high-quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Document and communicate the product vision, turning it into a strategic roadmap that guides their development efforts.
- Act as the voice for a variety of key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are reflected in the product’s development.
- Lead the management of the product backlog, prioritizing work items and ensuring alignment with the product vision.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure the new Registry integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
- Identify, manage, and report on business and technology risks associated with the Registry’s development.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in a Product Owner role or equivalent experience in a similar Agile environment.
- Proven ability to manage a product lifecycle and lead cross-functional teams in a complex ICT service environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and pragmatic decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage resistance, consult effectively, and build strong collaborative relationships across teams.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with financial services, insurance or regulation-heavy projects.
- Background in managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
