The Operations Change team works several projects aligned to the Operations division supporting the Commodities and Global Markets business at Macquarie. The team projects have a strong innovation and automation focus along with driving ongoing development of our data Governance environment.

What role will you play?
As a Change Analyst / Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Data Business Analyst on delivering the Operations elements of the project to data consumers and producers. You will support your team working with the architecture and technology teams to understand business processes, interpret patterns in business & data flows and then use those data-driven insights to enhance their business processes.
What you offer
- Experience working in Operations in a Financial Services environment.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to understand, analyse and present data.
- Desire to learn how to document all elements of the Data Governance process.
- Strong teamwork ability to allow you to collaborate effectively on the projects data solutions.
- Prior experience in a regulatory driven environment would also be advantageous.
