Marketing Specialist | Tomago or Casula
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced data and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join the National Marketing and Customer Experience Team at our state-of-the-art facility in Tomago or our Casula Branch. This full-time Monday-Friday role has occasional event weekend work, opportunity for interstate travel a couple of times a year and has the option for hybrid work (home/office).
The Construction NSW Marketing Specialist is accountable for developing, implementing and managing marketing solutions which have a positive impact on revenue and the company’s business goals. This role will develop and launch best-in-class marketing campaigns, events and strategies to develop new prospects and nurture them through our customer lifecycle, from unknown prospect to loyal customer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality leads for the Construction Sales Team through thoughtful, optimised programs across digital media channels, and increasing adoption of our eCommerce platforms. The candidate will be required to work closely with our Digital Experience and Customer Experience teams, and our Content Specialist to develop material aligned with marketing strategies.
This role offers variety and would suit a marketing all-rounder who will be able to project manage our presence at events. You’ll have a supportive team around you to execute these activities in a fun environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agencies to develop lead gen campaigns including email marketing and automation tactics
- Lead small to large-scale events ensuring a positive customer experience, coordinating marketing, sales teams and external vendors to support execution
- Analyse CRM and conversion data to optimise strategies
- Collaborate with the Content Specialist to develop a variety of content to support strategies and develop nurture programs
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification with a marketing, communications, or digital focus
- Demonstrated experience in a campaign and event management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention-to-detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience using marketing technology to engage customers
- Experience with Sitecore CMS and eDM platforms is desirable
