The role of Resource/Service Scheduler plays a critical part within our service team. It is a fast-paced role that works across and with several teams to get resources and resolves for our customers. This role will draw on your excellent customer service skills, organisational and problem-solving skills, your sense of urgency, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers alike.
Working directly with our customers, engineering and operations teams, you will be coordinating and scheduling resources for preventative maintenance or urgent fixes that have been requested from customers. This involves taking in calls for reactive requests, scheduling and dispatching Engineers, essential services management, raising job orders, data entry and integrity, providing exceptional customer service over the phone and email, ensuring requests have been rectified in sufficient time and all the while keeping clients up to date.

You're the right fit if:
- You pride yourself on your customer service skills and approach your work with a sense of urgency, coordinating and negotiating for the best customer experience and outcomes.
- You have previously held a focused customer service or coordinator position in a fast-paced environment, such as a high-volume call center, loan equipment, or previous service scheduler experience.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and reprioritize throughout your day.
- Great stakeholder engagement skills, building strong relationships with different teams and customers to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
