This agency is expanding at a rapid rate and is now looking for a new Business Development Manager to help manage existing relationships and expand their network across NSW.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Nurturing existing relationships
- Presenting to owner corporations
- Maintaining a high level of customer service skills
- Using your industry network to gain new clients and develop relationships
- Attending industry conferences, events, and charity days to promote the brand
- Managing incoming enquiries
- Navigating the CRM system and entering all communication in the database

The Candidate
- Previous experience in Strata OR Sales - Property, Real Estate, or Strata
- Ability to relate to people of all different ages, demographics, and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
