Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

The Role:
As a Service Administrator within the Varley Fleet Services business located in Carrington, NSW, you will play a key role within the administration team. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient coordination and processing of customer service requests.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Create and manage service requests, jobs, purchase orders as well as preparing invoices using business systems.
- Communicate regularly with customers & suppliers to provide updates on service requests, address concerns or issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and escalations, working collaboratively with service teams to find effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimise service administration procedures.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
- Manage documentation and service records from service teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and standards.
The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:
- Knowledge & experience in service industry processes i.e. Job control, invoicing, inventory, and supplier management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Have an eye for detail, with ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Held previous administration or service roles within automotive or defence industry.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Epicor and/or Salesforce systems is highly regarded.
- Defence or government background also highly regarded, Veterans encouraged to apply!
