We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work with our insurance clients to help them define their requirements and work with project teams to deliver the best solution for their needs and budget.
This role will suit someone who has performed a technical role in the past and is now focused on a career as a business analyst. Someone who likes to understand what the business wants and needs and then deliver.
You will need to be comfortable interacting with a variety of personality types and have good communication skills, such as listening, empathizing, and problem-solving.
This position will involve:
- Gathering and documenting requirements, both business and functional.
- Running workshops and demonstrations.
- Communicating the requirements to the solution architect and technical team.
- Working with the client to find a balance between functionality, usability, and technology.
- Tracking and setting clear client expectations on time, cost, and quality, as well as managing any associated risks.
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years' experience in capturing business and technical requirements.
- Have worked with clients to deliver web-based applications.
- Excellent communication and can work with clients at all levels.
- Have a logical mind and can drive a solution from start to end.
