The Opportunity
As a Talent Sourcing Consultant within St John WA, you will partner with our internal stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and facilitate the sourcing and selection of high-quality candidates.
Talent Sourcing at St John WA means more than filling a position, we strive to provide an exceptional experience to our internal business partners and our candidates, doing so with knowledge, expertise, and passion to find the right person, for the right role.
The Talent Sourcing team consists of specialists and consultants, and officers operating across corporate, operational, and volunteer recruitment workstreams. In our team we work collaboratively to ensure learnings are shared, we celebrate our professional and personal milestones, and encourage innovative thinking.
We currently have multiple opportunities available in the team, which also includes flexible working from home arrangements.
The skills, experiences, and attributes required:
- Experience in building strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methodologies
- Passion for providing a thorough and informative recruitment process for our candidates
- Be a subject matter expert for our hiring managers and provide advice on contemporary recruitment and selection practices
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, competency-based interviewing, assessment centres, compliance, and on-boarding
- Experience in facilitating bulk recruitment or similar experience is desirable
- Experience in developing talent pipelines for future workforce requirements via LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search and other tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure and employment legislation
