Our client is a global technology company in the SaaS space that currently sits on the fortune 100 list of top employers globally! They are a well-known brand with a fantastic reputation for having an amazing workplace culture and being at the forefront of technology and innovation.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on events to join them on a 12-month contract. The role is based in Sydney's CBD, and they can offer hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home per week).
You will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns that deliver the required pipeline for a particular department in the business.
This person will be working with cross-functional teams to drive marketing activities necessary for an effective services strategy. Their environment is dynamic, results-oriented, and highly collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual marketing plan and lead programs to drive opportunity generation, pipeline acceleration and customer retention including joint field marketing events, digital events/activities, sales collateral, and outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with the regional marketing teams across APAC to align on activities
- Develop forward-thinking, demand-generating events and work with global and regional partners to develop campaign briefs. Handle campaigns from beginning to end by communicating frequently with the team; meeting strict deadlines and priorities; and foreseeing/advancing speed.
- Responsible for all event logistics and leading internal coordination of campaign.
- Partner with the creative services team to develop/modify campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables for the campaign and supporting programs.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 5+ years' experience in Enterprise Marketing, preferably in the technology, software or consulting industry.
- Shown success in developing and executing regional/country programs and events that drive deal acceleration and bookings.
- Experience with account-based marketing, including working with sales to develop target account lists and account segmentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly complex environment
- Outstanding project management skills
- Full working rights in Australia - able to commit to a minimum 12 month contract.
