APS 5 Administration Support Officer
The department coordinates the registration process for prescription medicine applications for new medicines, extensions of indication, product information changes, major variations to register entries, and minor variations that involve the evaluation of non-clinical and/or clinical data.
The Administrative Support Officer will work as part of a team to support the Managers to coordinate the prescription medicines registration process, from the application stage to the final decision phase.
Duties Of Position:
- Triaging enquiries from internal and external stakeholders to members of the case management team
- Answering incoming phone calls and escalating them appropriately to senior team members
- Providing administrative support throughout the prescription medicines registration process
- Assisting with drafting responses to straightforward enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Completion of other administrative tasks as required to assist the case management team and other members of the section
Mandatory requirements
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- good problem resolution skills
- attention to detail
Start date: ASAP
End date: 12 months from commencement

Hours: Full-time (37.5 Hours per Week)
