Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in recruitment across designations
- A post graduate degree / MBA from a reputed business school is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Interviewing and Recruiting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- Applicants should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through constant interactions.
Additional preferred Qualifications for this role:
- Experience in any of the above mentioned BFS sectors is preferred
- Candidates with exposure in hardcore sales from any of the above-mentioned BFS sectors are most welcome to apply for the position
- Subject matter expertise (BFS) is an added advantage or preference for the role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets: He/she should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned roles and targets
Responsibilities
Would involve understanding client mandate, accurate and thorough profiling through –Research, Headhunting, Mapping, Screening and Evaluation.
- Shortlisting and sourcing the right candidates.
- Strategic – Mapping engagement
- Research on Mid/Senior level engagements. Should be able to handle execution for certain Mid-level engagements independently
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle of various positions at multiple organization levels and locations
- Strong skills in Business Development to generate new business, generate revenue. All these roles will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine staffing needs, interviewing, and recruiting
- Would entail managing and updating databases
