Activities / Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the overall sales Targets of the region are met. Take corrective action where required.
- Ensure conversion of customer leads to sales.
- Get updates from distributors on the sales forecast for the region.
- Analyze the region’s sales & assess the sales potential and give feedback and update to the Manager.
- Identify new opportunities working along with Aftermarket team.
- Monitor billing / collections / outstanding / reconciliation and ensure timely follow up with the Customers & Distributors.
- Lead all aspects of business relationships with the Distributor / customers & internal teams at different levels for deliveries, parts support, and service.
- Ensure Distributor /customers related complaints are addressed on time to improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Visit the market to build rapport and interact with key customers to solicit their feedback on the parts’ availability and quality.
- Consistently evaluate market trends and competitors, pirates’ move, to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities.
- Engage & partner in developing the distributors.
- Review regular reports on the performance and provide the same to Head -Aftermarket.
- Regularly review and monitor the sales performance, activities done, discounts given, and assist in strategizing and problem solving for the region.
- Analysis of the market for the scope of service selling and AMC selling to existing and new customers.
- Develop a service-selling and spare parts network to increase customer reach and enhance business.
- Generating service inquiry and taking follow-up to convert into orders.
Experience & Qualification:
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience : 6+ years in capital equipment manufacturing, with experience in multinational companies.
Possess computer skills and be proficient in CRM Systems, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and power point.
Hands on experience in AMC & Spare Part distribution handling in Industrial Business.
