Manager, Campaign Management
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution to a defined list of B2B users in US/EMEA region
- Understand technicalities and execute best practices for maintaining domain health. Need knowledge of domain verification, recommended send rate per domain and domain warm ups to ensure accurate email inbox placement
- Includes segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluates these for improvements.
- Collaborate with an array of cross-functional team members: Inbound Marketing team, creative massaging team and website & graphics team to connect the dots between our marketing automation platform and application support to execute the successful email campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, responsive design, email testing, A/B testing, list segmentation and other aspects of email campaign execution.
- Stay current with emerging best practices and understand basic metrics, including Landing page performance, email reply rates, click rates and UTM parameters.
- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
- Collaboration with content and demand gen teams to deploy best practices and optimize programs including lead management, infrastructure, and advanced functions
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, create reporting, analyse campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve email campaigns continuously.
- Oversee data health and compliance with regional data privacy laws as well as manage data and automation practices to adhere to GDPR.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 3-7 years of email marketing / related marketing tech experience.
- 2+ years in marketing to B2B customers,
- Desire for working in a fast-paced environment, comfort with change, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, whatever it takes
- Experience with marketing automation platforms; certification is a plus.
- Experience with customer relationship management platforms, salesforce preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
