DSCI Membership Program: DSCI has more than 500 members across sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Security product & services, e-commerce, consulting, and others.
Job Description:
Data mining & research: Track and analyse sectoral developments (like healthcare, insurance, SMB, manufacturing) and create a list of prospects from user organizations.
- Account acquisition and Management: Acquire new clients and engage with existing clients for retention. Prepare reports on membership deliveries and impact, revenue pipeline and conversions.
- Create forums, events, communities, initiatives to engage with stakeholder in cyber security industry, mapping opportunities in the ongoing developments, making plan, and actively engage for realizing the plans.
- Communicate with and engage the existing members, keeping them informed about the developments at the Data Security Council of India. Track responses and ensure member engagements across various DSCI initiatives. Support in membership renewals whenever required.
- Plan and execute membership-specific initiatives like outreach, events, meetings, etc.
- Collaborate and support internal teams across tasks related to sector-specific content development, outreach, conducting surveys, etc.
- Track and engage new security and privacy product & services companies across India
- Support in client relationship management (end-to-end, creation of proposal documents, financial documentation processing with support from the finance team, accounts payable, ID generation, etc.)
Qualification & experience
Post-graduation in management studies
Minimum 4-10 years of experience in sales and marketing /client relationship management. Experience in the technology sector will be an added benefit.
Experience with CRM will be an added benefit
Required Skillset
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across teams to engage with members and deliver services
- Strong written & verbal communication skills (English)
- Hands-on experience on MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience in lead generation across physical and digital platforms – events, trade expo, social media, website, etc.
- Analytical skills - Pipeline management and conversion tracking
- Proactive and has a customer-centric approach to timely response
- Collaboration: A good team player who can work independently as well as in groups.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
